Author not working

  • Your plugin allows visitors to post but not featured images. So I autologin the users as an author. Every post they make becomes draft or pending review – i decide thru your plugin settings.

    When I check them in the dashboard there is no author associated with them. How can I get the author to be set to the post?

    More important when a real users signs up for an account (we are going to prompt them but make optional) and then makes a post, when we publish it, we will have to manually set the author. It would be MUCH better if the author was able to be retained when the post becomes published.
