Author not showing after update

Hi!

Love the plugin, thank you!
After updating to the most recent version I find that all my authors are gone. While this is unfortunate, I can simply add them again to each book.
However, for some reason they are not showing up on the reviews. All other taxonomies are displayed correctly, but not the author.
The author is displayed on the “Recent Reviews” widget.

Any suggestions on how I can get the author taxonomy back on the reviews?
