Author not imported first time

    Hello

    i am importing post in bulk, i have a field “author” in the csv file for import.

    in the plugin i have under “taxonomies, categories, tags”

    the field Authors (plugin used is publishpress authors)

    i pair the field and import the post, but all posts have the fallback user (editor) as author.

    if i run the import again, only this time for existing post, and do an update,

    the authors are updated as they should be.

    i am using the free version.

    what m’i missing here?

    Hi @tomislo,

    It looks like something in the authors plugin is removing the taxonomy term after we initially create the post in the import. In my tests, I was able to fix it by disabling do_action calls in the import settings: https://d.pr/i/c8LRQ.
