Author name does not change when published inspite of change made on word press

    Please help me with this.
    I have been trying this for a few days now.
    There is only 1 person who has access to the word press dashboard and can write all the names of the authors and post the articles.
    However since the past few days it’s not possible to change the names of the authors.
