Author is Scammer

  • Do not use this plugin or buy pro version of this plugin,

    I bought pro version of this plugin, after few hours of use, my website went down due to memorry issue.

    I didn’t wanted to use this plguin so based on quote from author’s website “All purchases come with a 14-day, no hassle, 100% money back guarantee.”.

    I contacted him to cancel my license and provide me a refund. Instead he called me a scammer and deleted my account and not returning my money!

    He scammed me for $95.

    DO NOT USE/BUY THIS PLUGIN, IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SCAMMED LIKE ME!!!

    Your plugin upsells. You made the move from free opensource collaborator to customer a part of that experience. That makes all reviews about that experience valid feedback.

    When you use your plugin page for advertising, when you make the upsell part of the plugin then you invite these reviews.

    Edit: The pro version cannot ever be supported on this site. Doing that is not allowed. But reviews about that experience is allowed and that is what this is.

    For anyone reading this and wondering why we don’t refund this user.

    We watermark all downloaded plugins and have reason to believe that @fiyan0070 is a) pirating our software and b) redistributing it on pirate forums.

    This happens once or twice a year and we don’t refund users like that and fight chargebacks.

    As the developer knows, sharing privileged information in public is contrary to the guidelines. We are sorry your experience with the plugin did not meet your expectations, however it’s impossible for us to prove one way or another, since there’s no neutral 3rd party involved here. We (WordPress) cannot see any of the monetary transactions, nor should we! It’s your private information!

    If you truly feel that you were robbed, we recommend you take proper action (be that conversing with your credit card company or speaking with a legal representative). However these forums are not the appropriate place for that discussion, and I will be closing this post.

    Please consider your words more carefully. If you persist in attacking like this, we will suspend your account until you calm down.
