Author is not working on 3.7.1

  • I just upgraded to 3.7.1

    Our site has multiple users. Since the upgrade, my author name defaults to a different name than the one I set. I cannot see from where WordPress is taking the author name that it is currently displaying. When I go to quick edit, it shows the correct author name but on the site and in the list of posts it shows the new, incorrect name.

    instead of my author name, Joanna Paraszczuk, it shows EA Worldview, the name of the site. The other 3 authors are not affected.

  • Does this happen with all plugins disabled and with the twenty thirteen theme?

    Thank you for your response. I tested this out as you suggested by disabling the plugins and found that this is an issue with the Jetpack plugin.

    With Jetpack disabled, the issue does not arise.

    This is unfortunate, since I find Jetpack incredibly useful for several different things… I hope this is a bug that can be fixed…
