Author Images not Showing

I checked the image URL and it seems that the uploaded image is not in the directory.

Can you check if the images are present in /wp-content/uploads/gravatar/ ?

Yes, the images are in our gravatar directory.

If the image is in the directory then the error is not from the Starbox plugin but from some server right.

Our development team could not figure out why the image is showing up when it is the directory. Where would it be a server problem?

Hi,

Another solution would be if you set in wp-config.php

define('_ABH_GRAVATAR_TYPE_', 2);

to load the authors’ image from Media Library and not upload an image.
