[Author hReview Plugin]

  • I’ve had some problem trying to install the Author hReview plugin, whereby it will not appear in the when editing the posts. I’ve tried every combination of “Review Settings” to no avail.

    I also checked that ALL options under the “Screen Options” drop-down panel were ticked, and it’s not listed in there.

    I am using WordPress 3.3.1 and a free theme called “Sight” found here:

    I also don’t have anything ‘odd’ in my setup, there are no custom posts or anything. And I’ve tried switching all other plugins off but still I get the same issue.

    Does anyone have any ideas on how to debug/fix this problem?

  • Some themes and plugins -for some reason- override the review meta box, so I am not sure what cause this issue for you!

    I appreciate it if you can disable your plugins, and/or switch to the default theme and report to me the one that breaks the meta box.
