Author feed information is not private

    Hello:

    The author page of a user who happens to post on public forums is not private, and replies to a private post (not the post itself if it is theirs) are shown to an anonymous user.

    Is there any way to prevent this behavior?

    ok, so what you are saying is

    1. You have a forum which belongs to a private group
    2. a user posts a reply to a topic on that forum
    3. a non logged in user can see that reply in profile of that user

    I cannot replicate the issue.

    Can you confirm the above, or give me an exact series of steps to replicate the issue

    Thanks for taking a look into it.

    It’s currently happening on my site. I thought it was happening on a fresh install as well, but I see it doesn’t. Sorry for that, that’s on me.

    I’ll diagnose a little bit further to figure out what’s going on. Feel free to mark this as solved, if you want.
