Author description appears in Categories

    Hi all,

    When I am clicking Category buttons on my personal website I get also the starting text from the author description after the post description.
    For example:
    Go to https://www.florinangelescu.ro Everything looks fine on the first page. Pay attention to the 6th post (only an example). It is called “Ou fiert si branza cottage – sursa de proteine”. Check its description.
    Now go to “RETETE SANATOASE” in the menu and search for the same post. You will see that the author description is also filling the blank.
    What happened????

    Hi Florin. That is pretty strange. I’m thinking it’s most likely one of two things:
    1. The code used to create the post excerpt has been modified
    or
    2. There is a conflict with a plugin

    You could determine if it’s a plugin issue by disabling all your plugins to see if that fixes the issue. If so, activate your plugins one at a time until you find the one causing the problem.

    It seems it’s coming from Simple Author Box plugin, but I don’t know what it does wrong.
    This is the nicest plugin for author box I found and I wouldn’t like to remove it. ??

    The plugin was last updated 11 months ago. Since then there have been 3 major updates to WP as well as 21 minor maintenance/security updates. It’s hard to tell where the incompatibility might be.
