Author can’t add html codes to posts

  • I have an author on my site and every time she puts in a html code it will not work, but it works fine with me on Admin.

    How do I resolve this?

    both and neither work

    Hi,

    Check with these options:

    -> Disable all the plugins
    -> Reinstall wp-includes and wp-admin directory with all files and folders.
    -> Upgrade your wordpress to the latest version
    -> Change to default theme to rules out theme level problem.
