Author can not access back end after intalling um plugin

    I have several editor to create articles, when they login in with /wp-login.php protal, they redirect to the homepage, and nver can access the back end to create posts.

    admin is normal.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @bunse2011,

    Please make sure that your editors have community role with the admin access “Can access wp-admin?”

    thank for your reply. I do not find the place to set “community role with the admin access “Can access wp-admin”, could you be more spefic about how to change this setting? thanks.

    BTW, if I disable ultimate member, the author and editor can access the wp-admin.

    Hi @bunse2011,

    You can find “Can access wp-admin” settings in Ultimate member -> User roles -> your editor user role e.g “Editor” and “Administrative Permissions” section.
