Author box not remove after deactive plugin

Before I active plugin, bottom of single product not appeare author box.
Then I setup and active plugin, There are 2 author box appeare. I deactive and detele plugin but author box not remove. So How can I fix it?
If I want to re-setup plugin but I want to remove defaul author box of current theme, just use author box of your plugin, please help me!
