Author bio-box not displaying

    I have installed the current free version, which is 2.50. One author bio has been created. The author bio box is displayed correctly on the post when it is previewed. However, when the site is visited, it is not displayed. I am using the shortcode to insert the author bio box where I would like it to be on the page.

    Your homepage is a Page, not a Post. Unfortunately the free version of Simple Author Box only supports showing the author box on Posts ??

    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. So, the free version of the app only works on WordPress sites with a static home page. That was not clear from the app description. I am now wiser.
