Author archive page with 404 error

  • My author archive page has dissapeared and is showing a 404 error.

    I have gone throught the usual troubleshooting but seems i can′t fix this.

    Cuold anyone help me? please

    Try re-saving your permalink structure at Settings > Permalinks in your Dashboard. If WordPress cannot automatically edit the .htaccess file, it will provide manual instructions after saving.

    I have resaved permalinks several times (as this is the usual troubleshooting) .

    I have been troubleshotting this issue with Elementor Support and Astra support I have even change the builder from Elementor to Spectra and after all troubleshooting it seems is related with my permalinks structure.

    I have a personalized estructure which is /blog/%category%/%postname% and it is working fine as spected. Everything is ok except for the author page.

    I don′t want to roll back to a default permalink structure because /blog/%category%/%postname% is the structure I want for segmenting

    I having the same issue. I can’t access the author’s page to edit it either. I resaved permalinks several times and cleared the cache.

    My permalink structure is different: site and post name.

    I checked your author’s page link and it is still resolving to a 404 page 6 months and one week later.
