    I had previously disabled author archives in SEO press. I have re-enabled them as we have many guest authors and I would like to allow users to view each others posts on their archive page. I have flushed both the cache and permalinks yet the author archive links still redirect to the home page.

    I have replicated this issue on a local site. The only way I was able to restore author archive links was to delete the plugin…

    Thinking I must be missing something. Is there another setting that needs to be adjusted?

    PHP version 8.0.27 (Supports 64bit values)

    WordPress Version 6.1.1

    Was able to track down the issue. There is a setting in Ninja Firewall to “Protect against username enumeration?through the author archives” when this is unticked-everything returns as it should.
