Author and vendors cannot access backend

    Hi All my authors and vendors cannot access their dashboards nor see the admin bar for new posts or new products.
    It is an issue that was solved while back, and came back again. How so? Please help, I have bloggers with sensitive agendas.

    Hi @jmamuse,

    Can you please check user roles and access settings of your authors and vendors user roles.

    In the 2.0 version we’ve moved away from the Ultimate member community roles and now we use WordPress native user roles, however, we haven’t deleted the old community roles entirely for the compatibility reason and thus your users may have several different user roles. If you have issues I suggest reassigning user roles with admin access and see if this fixes your issue.
