    Hi,

When I put the authentification code in the box, it shows a red cross.

I red the previous topic about it, so I have :

    • desactivated all my plugins, still not working.
    • Changed my template to Twenty Seventeen, still not working

    Could you help me ?

    Hello there,

Sorry for the trouble let’s see what we can do for you. Apologies for the slow response as well.

It’s rare that this is not a conflict, thanks for ruling that out first though. Let me check a few basic things with you, and if none of them are the problem, we’d like to check this out in person.

First, be sure your are getting a new Auth code each time. Also right click and “paste as plain” text when adding the auth code.

If neither of those help, I’d like you to try deauthorizing, and reauthorizing our app within Aweber. Contact them for assistance deauthorizing. Then when you get a new Auth code for Optin Cat it will automatically re-authorize you.

If the issue still persists, let us know. We’ll probably have you file a ticket with our paid support channel, so we can work with you more closely.

    Hello there,

It’s been a while. Wanted to check and see if you still need any assistance from us before closing this thread. If I don’t hear from you within a few days, I’ll come and mark this resolved.

    Hope all is well.
