Authentification failed. SSL still not working for Facebook

I’m hosted by GoDaddy and found out that I need to use curl to make a connection to specific websites.

I have no idea where to put this:

Can somebody help finding the place where WSL gets the facebook url?

What is this “#_=_” ?
Facebook is adding this to the url.
