Authentification code does not reach my registred mail

    Hi.I got problem to access my administration board of my wordpress site because when I enter my contact information.The systeme said that an authentification code has been sent but,The code does not reach my box mail.I need your help

    Are you still having the authentication code mail issue?

    I am having the same issue… can′t accesss my website′s dashboard any more!

    @juanporzio you can add this line of code to your wp-config.php file:
    define('ITSEC_DISABLE_MODULES', true);

    This code temporarily disables all iThemes Security features as per documentation.

    Once logged in, I would suggest changing the authentication method to Mobile App and saving some Backup Codes. You can also try to reconfigure the Email method. Then, remove the line of code you just added inside the wp-config.php file.
