Authenticator page didn’t show after setting up 2FA

    Hi, I just installed and set up with authenticator.

    I was testing, but the authenticator page didn’t show up. Not sure if it’s really working.

  • Hello @barrelleaf,

    Could you please confirm if you have enabled the 2FA for that particular user role? If not, please follow the below steps.

    1. On your wp-admin dashboard, go to miniOrange 2 Factor -> Two Factor Authentication -> Login Settings
    2. Check ‘Enable 2FA’ Settings and Select user roles for 2FA
    3. Click ‘Save Settings’ button
