Authenticator code not accepted

I quit using wordpress.com several years ago and have been using www.remarpro.com. Just today while setting up Woo Commerce, I was asked to fill in authentocator number and no matter how many times I keyed in the code generated from the app, an error message prompted up. So my guess is that the code (of my new site) conflicts with the code of my old wordpress.com site (which I no longer have access to so I can’t disable it) Please advise what do I have to do. O have tried contacting wordpress.com through this form but it won’t alllow me to submit the form. Keep telling me to reset the password which I have. But the problem now is the authenticator.
