Since the recent updates on Google Analytics, there is no data being recorded at all. If I authenticate I then get in your reports data from every site where your plugin is installed and not just the one site that I have authenticated.

This is not what I would want to see as it is then impossible to differentiate the data relative to an individual site.

I use Analytics on Google far more than your reports in any case but with no data being displayed there that is now impossible.

I do not understand why in authenticating one site your system now combines data from a whole range of sites and not just the one relative to the specific site GA code.

    Hi there,
When you authenticate, the data returned is the one for the specific view you pick during authentication.

If you’re having issues, I recommend getting in touch with our support team at monsterinsights.com/lite-support/ so we can take a look and make sure you get sorted out in an expedient manner

Thanks. I now see what you mean about the drop down list! As this says “all web data” I assumed it was referring to all data on this site. Now I see I can drop down to pick the single site.

However, this does not resolve the data issue. I still have nothing appearing on your reports nor in Analytics Google.

I would send a screenshot but there does not appear to be the option. I have submitted a support request as you have recommended.
