authentication problem

Hello guys,

I was creating an app using the wp-appkit plugin with the bootstrap-login-theme…
Everything works fine, when I try to authenticate from my side. But my friend, who is in another country cannot authenticate for some reasons I just ignore. He always get the “User authentication failed :(” message. We are using the same wp-appkit app which is on the server.
Why is that? Could anyone help us?
