    Hi all,

    I am having problems with the authentication of the DNS management. I tried to follow the instructions on the Mailpoet popup window, I think I entered them all (2x CNAME and 2x TXT) in my ISP DirectAdmin DNS Management but when I click the check DNS within the Mailpoet, it still gives me an error. I have read the instructions several times but still no luck. What do I do wrong or do I have forgotten?

    Any help is appreciated.

    I made a screenshot but have no idea how to add this in this post.

    Hi @angeliquevancampen, could you please try it now? It can take up to 24 hours for DNS records to be changed everywhere, but I’ve checked now, and it looks like your domain is now verified.

    Hi Ján,

    Thank you for your reply. Yes, when I logged in and went to my MailPoet plugin, I saw in the top in green Authenticated. I still had the popup window that authentication is needed, so no idea why that stayed there. Since I had already a new newsletter ready, I tried it and yes, I can confirm that it works. This is a huge relieve to me.
