Authentication failure for users with disable 2FA

We have been using this plugin for a long time, every thing was working fine, but i am currently facing issues for those users who have not activated 2FA.
(Note: i have activated 2FA plugin, few of my user accounts have enable 2FA and some have disabled 2FA).No any message is received
