• Our authentication test fails. We’ve looked for the log file, but it does not exist in wp-content/plugins/next active directly integration. How do we find the log files? Thank you.

  • Hello cschmelzer,
for the logfile to be created you first have to activate logging in NADI. To do this you have to check the checkbox for the Option “Enable Logging”. For further information about “Logging” please take a look at our documentation. https://active-directory-wp.com/docs/Configuration/Logger.html

    Hi

Thank you for the reply. We did try to enable logging, but the Save button is disabled. It indicated that we could not save changes until we were able to authenticate. I am missing something? Is there a way to activate the Save button? Thank you.

    Hello cschmelzer,
you have to connect the WordPress Site to an Active Directory domain by entering the Active Directory configurations at Configuration > Environment and running “Verify Credentials” once. For further information please take a look at our documentation.
