    Hi Team,
    Im using Fedex WooCommerce Shipping Method Plugin (Basic), for my website yayden.com/home. After Entering all the credentials correctly Im getting below error.

    Hi @nagarajanld,

    This error will only come if you have not filled the following fields correctly :
    ‘FedEx Account Number”
    “Fedex Meter Number”
    “Web Services Key”
    “Web Services Password”.

    If you are sure, that the details are correct, then make sure that you have enabled the field ‘Production key’ if the provided credentials are for live mode. Else, disable that field if you are using test credentials. Can you please check this and confirm?
