Within my Gmail account/analytics, I manage several websites that each have their own Google Analytics (GA4) properties set up under their own Gmail account.

In the Set Up Wizard>Connect MonsterInsights>Authenticate – this prompts me to select one of the properties I manage. Does this only allow the plugin to access this specific website’s analytics as opposed to all of the other GA4 properties under my Gmail acccount?

Monster Insights help section about this was a bit confusing so I wanted to make sure: “You want to give each client their own account. This is because when you share your analytics with a client, you don’t want them to get access to the data from all other clients.”

    Hi @localjet,

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion!

That’s correct, when you authenticate MonsterInsights to that specific property under your Google account, it’ll only have access to that property.

I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions.

    Thanks!
