Autentication problem and choosing a list

  • Hi all. I’ve istalled and activated the plugin,then i’ve putin the field also the api key,but appear the message “Uh-oh,you haven’t a list! Please go to MailChimp,get the login and set a list befor using this plugin!” Well i get the login but i’ve already created a list before . What kind of command or button let me choose a list for the plugin? The plugin simply do not recognize that a list already exist.

  • Hey Grimoldi,

    That definitely sounds a bit odd! Can you try logging your account out of the plugin (from the plugin settings page) then logging back in? Are you still seeing the same error message?

    If so, can you email me your MailChimp username to mailchimptk[at]gmail.com? No passwords please. This will allow me to give it a try from my end to see if I can replicate it.
