After I posted my question, I noticed that the AU site doesn’t offer an affiliate program yet. It never occurred to me that they would launch a new regional property and exclude affiliates. Perhaps they’re trying to ramp things up before going down that road.
Regardless, it would be very handy if my visitors were able to find products Down Under if they are available on that site, regardless of whether I receive an affiliate commission or not. I’m using the Thumbnail option on my links currently, five of which you can see on this page:

Whatever would be the best way to help out our Aussie friends would be great. If it can be applied to work within the existing options, like Thumbnail, that would be extra marvelous. Perhaps they will be starting up an affiliate program in 2017 Down Under. If so, then I suspect that any efforts you do now will reduce your time later in adding an AU affiliate ID function.
BTW: I have things selected to reward your efforts for the several countries for which I do not have affiliate IDs. I hope you are richly rewarded for your efforts. Thank you for making such a marvelous plugin. It’s the best of its kind, currently, from all that I can see. ??
