AusPost 2D barcode issue

Love this plugin and already reviewed and gave 5 stars.
Australia Post now has 2D barcodes and if you manually enter them everything works great. The issue is if you use a 2D barcode there is a heap of hidden information that needs to be removed so tracking works.

I was wondering how much will it cost to have a option box to remove extra chars or create a new Shipping Provider eg AusPost (2D barcode compatible) that does this?
