Die Icons für Tablepress sind aus der Seitenleiste im backend verschwunden. Das Plugin ist aktiviert, ich kann jedoch nichts damit machen.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
As these are the English-language forums, I’ll reply in English. I hope that’s ok.

The reason for this is probably a glitch with the access capabilities, so that we’ll have to restore them manually.
For that, please surf to https://example.com/wp-admin/options.php (with your domain, of course), and scroll down to the “tablepress_options” option. In that textfield, you should see a number 32 (I think) as the “plugin_options_db_version”. Change that number to 0 (be very careful to not break the surrounding quotation marks etc.), and click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
That should reset the capabilities, so that the admin menu entry should appear again.

    Regards,
    Tobias

Thank you, Tobias. Everything worked out well but: impossible to save the changes. “Connection interrupted” (Verbindung unterbrochen) with Safari, Explorer, Firefox an Google chrom.
What can I do? Is there an other way, may be with FTP?

    Hi Marianne,

no, it’s not possible with FTP, but with a small debug plugin that I have.
If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please get in touch via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias
