Hello @kuleanadesign I am glad that you were able to resolve the issue by disabling the API communication via HTTPS. I want to let you know that we have the intension to deprecate this option in a future version of the plugin as we want to enforce SSL over all the API requests. This allows your website to communicate with these services safely.
The only reason to use HTTP is because your server either has an old version of the OpenSSL library that doesn’t supports the algorithm used in our SSL certificates, or they have compiled the CURL extension without SSL support.
I encourage you to enable HTTPS again, then test the API calls and see if they are still failing. If yes then you can share with us some information about your hosting provider so we can create an account there to test the plugin in the same environment.
