    Hi,
I’ve already used AudioIgniter and woocommerce in combination several times. I have the link for the individual tracks via the following link connected to wocommerce basket: /cart/?add-to-cart=498. This time it doesn’t work. When I press the basket botten next to the track, the user is not leaded to the cart. Instead of that, the basket Side appears with a message that the shopping cart is empty and Shows all available products, which should be showen regulary on the shop Side.

The must be something wrong with the link, which does not add the track resp. product to the card.

The regular shop with the product “CD-H?rbuch” is working well, so only in combination with audioIgniter it is not working.

Is there any certain CSS code to ensure the fuction of the link? It would be very Kind if you cloud forwarder any idea to solve that Problem.

    Kind regards!

    Christoph

    Hi @ristoph

It seems like your add-to-cart link might not be functioning correctly. You could try rechecking the product ID in the link and ensure it matches the ID of the product you’re trying to add. The product ID should be 498 as per your link.

Also, please ensure that the product with ID 498 is not out of stock or disabled. If it is unavailable, the cart will remain empty even after clicking the add-to-cart link.

There is no specific CSS code that ensures the link’s function. However, if there are any theme or plugin conflicts, the functionality could potentially be affected.

I recommend temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and AudioIgniter to see if the issue persists. If it resolves, you can then enable your theme and plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
