I have a Woo Commerce product which is an mp3 album, but I can’t seem to add any more than 18 tracks to the album. I have an album with 22 tracks but when I try to add another track via the products page within WordPress, I add the track, refresh the page, and it still doesn’t show.

Is this something that can be fixed? Thanks.

  • Hey there ??

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like you are creating a downloadable product (album) however, you are experiencing issues after saving anything above 18 tracks, correct?

Please can you clarify the following:

    • Have you uploaded the MP3 files to Dashboard > Media successfully?
    • Are the MP3 files larger than those that have successfully added?
    • Have you tried zipping the album and uploading this?
    • Are there any error messages being displayed after saving the changes (before or after refreshing the page)?

Its possible that the sites server might have a maximum file size limit. Could you please reach out to your hosting company and verify, and if so, have that limit increased?

Additionally, can you read through this support documentation and see if the suggestions there make any difference?

If none of this resolves the issue, can you please share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Cheers!

    Howdy ??

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if you need any further help with this.

    Cheers!
