Audio playlist – some tracks are highlighted?

  • Hey everyone,

    I have an audio playlist and for some reason the first 3 tracks are highlighted in white, and I don’t understand why:

    The first two were uploaded recently, and I changed the title of the third one, but is it a standard behavior of WordPress where some tracks become highlighted? Is it possible to eliminate this?

  • It looks like only the currently playing should be highlighted – at least based on my test of your theme. That comes from the theme styles.

    So I think you might want to reach out to the theme developer to ask why the first 3 are being highlighted.

    Hello thank you for your answer I’m quite sure it’s not related to the theme at all because I was the one that added the audio playlist, so it seems like a general bug of WordPress?

    How did you add the audio playlist to the site?

    I checked it on CSS viewer and it seems to be a problem with the effects property particularly text overflow and transition. You can manually change those but I would recommend looking it up on theme settings. I am sure there would an option to change that.

    Hey guys I figured it out apparently that happens when you fill something in the “Caption” box (of a track), I didn’t notice that
