audio playlist showing blank box

  • single audio files work, but when i create a playlist through the “add media”-“create playlist” and then publish the site, only a blank box appears. i can see the full playlist in the editing window, but not on the live site. ive tried with mp3, m4a, and wav, no dice.
    i use the tesseract theme, which i believe i have the latest version of (no news of newer versions in my updates panel). im very new to wordpress, so i dont really know what im doing, but i also doubt i hit any weird settings, because i just havent done very much at all.

    I’m facing the same problem, always annoying when issue like this are very rare so no one reply… To be more precise in my case, when I do have a look a preview of the page, the playlist does appear but when viewing the live version of the page, I just got a blank space… WHY ??

    Thank you if anyone got an idea…
