I created an audio playlists. When I am using IE11, the playlist shows up but it has a message to download file and will only play the first song. However, on IE9 and Chrome it works correctly. I was unable to locate anything about this. I checked settings but do not see anything that would cause this. I would appreciate your help on this.

I have further researched this problem but found no resolution. I also tested this on IE10. It does not work on IE10 or IE11, but continues to work fine on IE9 and Chrome. I have changed IE settings but this did not help. I am using WordPress 3.9. I have tried other themes and got the same result. I am using the playlist in WordPress. There is a black box which states “Download File.” Only the first song will play. Whereas on the other browsers, you can select a song a play it. I am new to using WordPress and have no clue why this is doing this. Here is a link to my music page:

    WHOOYOO. I have fixed this.

Problem: My music files were .wma.

Test: I had one file which was MP3 and when I tried it, it worked.

Resolution: I converted my .wma files to .mp3. IE11 now plays my playlist.

You can download a free converter from cnet.com. Here is a link for converting WMA/WMV/ASF TO mp3:

    https://download.cnet.com/Free-WMA-to-MP3-Converter/3001-2140_4-10494267.html?hlndr=1

Note* It will install a bunch of garbage before installing the software, so you will have to uninstall these things after converting your files.

    Resolving this issue.
