Audio player shortcode in a table cell?

This is just a question about whether the feature exists or not. I have a short code for an audio player. Is it possible to insert that short code in a table cell and have it execute so that the audio player appears in that cell? If it is possible, how? I have a feeling it’s not possible, or it would’ve been listed as a cell type. It would be a great feature to have.
