audio player problems in some browsers

No play on audio format (mp3 64 kbps) with Opera (Windows and Linux) and edge on windows 10. No problems with Firefox and Chrome. Adobe flash player installed.

About Edge, it seems to work on some audio streaming website and other not:
play on this website don’t work: https://inmystream.info/play/colors/
on this work: https://www.inmystream.info/web/radio-player/
soundcloud don’t work.I leave all as is, the important thing that is not a hueman or jplayer problems.
