We are using the audio Player Plugin version 2.0.4.1. I have gone to the documentation on the WPAudioPlayer.com site and I have not been able to find out information as to why the audio player keeps saying that it can’t find my audio file.

I tried uploading .wav, .mp3, .mp4, and .m4a files both through the “add audio” button within in the “add new post” and through manually uploading the audio files through FTP into our server and it still says it cannot find the file.

This is the code that I am putting in the post:

    [audio:https://www.hollywoodnews.com/httpdocs/audio/cyrus.mp4%5D (to pull from FTP)

    or

[audio:https://www.hollywoodnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/1-01-Escape.m4a%5D (to pull from uploading with the “add audio” button in the post)

The player shows up, I can click on the “play” button and it opens the player to the right but then it says “File not found”

I was able to use this code:

    [audio:https://www.hollywoodnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/Breck-Eisner-THE-CRAZIES.wav%5D

and it actually brings up the player, lets me click play, opens to the right and says “buffering” and loads the whole bar grey, but then never stops buffering to start playing.

    please help.
