audio player not available

    I’ve created a map with marker points that have an audio attached each.
    In FRONT END, when I click on a marker the problems are:
    1. the audio player bar and buttons (play/pause) are not displayed
    2. the audio file starts playing but just once, further clicks do not work.
    Please help!

    Clarify, please, how exactly did you add the audio file to your markers?
    Perhaps, you can provide more detailed description (with screenshots of your marker and map settings).
    This will help to solve your problem faster.
