I have created a popup which includes audio and is triggered via button. I have two problems:

    1. The popup displays properly in preview mode. However when triggered from the button, the popup runs full page height. If I then expand it to full screen and then back, it displays properly. I can not figure out why it insists on opening full height when triggered by the button.
    2. The audio clip begins playing automatically; however I need it to run unmuted.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I have resolved #2 by turning off autoplay.

I have discovered a new problem. There is no sound or sound control on the mobile page although the video plays.

    Hi @taastrategies,

We checked your popup and saw what you mean.

Did you set the popup to custom size? Is the height auto-adjusted?

If yes, could you uncheck that and try setting a specific size? Like this: https://share.zight.com/mXuQxY5n

Otherwise, you can also use any of the predefined responsive sizes.

If that doesn’t work, please try to reupload your audio as a proper audio file instead of an .mp4 file.

I have discovered a new problem. There is no sound or sound control on the mobile page although the video plays.

We checked your popup using a real mobile device but we saw the sound controls and hear the sounds.

Could you confirm this on your end?

Thank you, very helpful. The adjustments did not work until I followed your advice to covert to a pure audio format. The MP3 format behaves properly. I was then able to adjust everything to my liking.
