Audio Playback not happenning

Hi!

I have added an audio file in the content part of a theme gallery page.

I had to add the do_shortcode function to get the shortcode to be recognized.

Now my issue is the file playback.

At first, it was suggested that it might have something to do with my accents in the filename. I renamed the file and still have the same issue.

Any thoughts on the reason for no playback?
