    Hello.
    We will try to resolve problem with audio in our next release (I think it will be tomorrow).
    Please tell me more about this one:
    “second time to the page the pop up is designed to not appear”
    Do you mean – when you reload page (or visit it second time)?

    If I navigate away to a different site, then navigate back to it – the audio plays. And/or – when I close the box the box goes away and the audio keeps playing until it’s done.

    Hello.
    Please provide me with link to page – where we can reproduce this issue, as currently – we can’t reproduce it on our test environment. Also, we just released new version – 1.1.2, maybe we can’t reproduce issue – just in this new version – so you can also try it.

    I haven’t heard back from you about this – following up. I had just downloaded this for the first time so I think I’m already on the new version… especially since it’s not telling me that an update is available. Still having the issue, please help.

    Just trying to identify if this is being worked-on. I see a long list of resolved issues which is awesome – but haven’t heard anything about my issue in days. Thank you!

    I have updated. Did not resolve the issue. In fact, not only did it not resolve the situation but also the video in the pop-up is now not auto-playing (though the option to do so is checked).

    For now – we released new version, with additional fix for this issue. If someone will have same problem – please tell me here browser and it’s version – so we will be able to reproduce and fix it. Thank you for support!
