Audio is off when autoplay is on using the video shortcode

    The video shortcode allows us to set autoplay=true, but the audio is off by default when autoplay is on.

    Is this a browser setting? Audio is off when autoplay is on in desktop Chrome.

    Is there no way to enable audio when setting autoplay=true?
