Audio File Download Page Corrupted

The Music Store generates automatically a new page for download the purchased songs. The page is called “Download Page”. Please, be sure the page was not sent to the trash list. If this is the case you only should restore the page to the published list.

Another possible cause is the amount of days defined as valid for a download link as valid, in the settings page of plugin. Please, be sure that the download link has not lapsed.

If the cause of issue is not related with any of possible causes described above, I will need the WordPress access to check the Music Store settings and possible conflicts with other plugins in your website. In this case use our support page in the following link:

Initially I did trash the page (by mistake) however I immediately restored it.

I have since deactivated and then reactivated the plugin, however, that has still not fixed the issue.

The download page is currently in the published list.

Regarding the time limit on the link, I set it to 3 days so it should not have lapsed (I was doing all this today).

I am happy to provide wordpress login information and wait to see if you can fix it. That would be all time. I have been on this all day and this is the only thing wrong with the site.
