    Hi there,
    Thanks for a great plug-in, just about there …

    When I uploaded our CSV file none of the records have an IP address. When I was testing before with a few addresses it seemed that addresses with no IP address didn’t get sent. How do I fix this? Do I need everyone to resubscribe??? I hope not!

    Currently, we do not import IP address along with the other data from the CSV file. So that is why it is not showing up in the Audience table. Also, we do not check if the IP address is there or not for a particular user while sending an email, so that shouldn’t be the case. Can you check if those contacts have ‘Subscribed’ (Green mark) status? Also, please check if there are any reports in Queue on Email Subscribers > Reports page.

    Thanks Asmi. I did another small test and you’re right, it was just a coincidence that the members without IP addresses didn’t get delivered.
