    Hi there.

    I’m trying to import email subscribers from .csv and im getting this:

    Important: Contacts are being imported in the background. Progress: 0%

    You can continue with other work. But before bulk exporting or importing contacts, you need to wait for this process to complete.

    It’s on 0% for a few hours, and I can’t cancel it or do anything…

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you are having with the import process. Can you let us know more about the issue like how many contacts you are trying to import/existing contacts count?

    Also, can you please make sure if WordPress Cron is enabled on your site since the current import/export process needs it to be enabled to import/export contacts in the background?

    Hi,

    I’m trying to import 71 emails. I have no names, no last names, only emails. My csv is like: ;;[email protected].

    Disable WordPress Cron option is disabled as it should be.

    The message from above post is still there after 13 hours and i can not start a new import, the import button is disabled.

    I tried disabling/enabling the addon, didn’t help.

    Ok, glad to help.

    But until the fix, my importing is broken and I can’t do anything about it?

    I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    I am afraid that currently, we can’t help much in this situation but we are planning to release a new version of Email Subscribers by tomorrow.

    We appreciate your coordination and patience. Your issue will get resolved after updating to the newer version.

    Hi there,

    We would like to inform you that we have released a new version of the Email Subscribers.

    Please update Email Subscribers to the latest version 4.4.5 and let us know if your issue gets resolved after updating the plugin.
